The Contact Directory is your own on-line dynamic contact database. It contains an up to date list of contact details for team members, and any external person or organisation which may need to be contacted in an emergency.
Users are responsible for keeping their own details up to date along with any other relevant emergency contacts they may have submitted. The system sends Notification reminders at pre-determined intervals to encourage members to keep details current.
