The Reports screen allows you to generate customized reports with information from the Status Board, Stakeholders, Tasks, Updates and Teams sections over any given time frame.
This is particularly useful during an extended crisis as a hand-over tool.
The reports can be viewed on screen, downloaded or printed.
Following an event, reports can be complied for an official record of proceedings by those with special administration access.
Report packs can be generated which include a Chronological report and a Standard report (compartmentalized by data type - i.e. Statusboard Entries, Updates, Tasks, Team History etc.). The Report pack includes all attachments that have been uploaded to the Event within a compressed ZIP file.
