Access to the system is restricted with user accounts requiring a username and password. Account passwords must meet stringent security standards and can be set to expire after a configurable time-period. Other secure password features such as account lockout after failed logins and password history are also incorporated.

All data transferred to and from the system is encrypted with SSL certificates so you can be sure no one can intercept your data. Passwords are stored in an encrypted format.
Access Levels
User accounts can be assigned access via customisable token based permissions, either individually or by configurable 'Access Levels'.
Automatic Logout
The system automatically logs off inactive users after a set period of inactivity to prevent unauthorised access to confidential data when you are away from your desk.
