The Updates list provides a broadcast message service to participants inolved in an event or issue. Participants can easily share new information immediately by adding new Updates.
Updates are formatted with a subject heading, can include attachments and are constantly in view on every screen within LUIS™ so messages can not be missed.
New updates are seen by all involved teams, members and guests within 60 seconds and are marked with a read/unread status for each user. The security of the message detail is assured, as the data never leaves the encrypted LUIS™ environment.
Notifications can be sent to alert participants of a new update.
