LUIS (Live Update Information System)

LUIS™ (Live Update Information System) is a secure virtual crisis management control room.

Key information relevant to particular emergencies and crisis situations can be stored and updated within LUIS. Access to any LUIS event is by invitation only and information can be shared and added in real time by users wherever they are in the world.

Individuals and teams can be added or removed instantly to ensure you have the right people addressing the issue. External suppliers and advisers can be granted full or restricted access on a case by case basis. Teams can be automatically invited to events based on a configurable monitoring structure so when an event is initiated on site, corporate teams can automatically be notified of the event and activated if required.

The system shows the current status and event history, keeps track of tasks to be completed, records communications with key stakeholders, allows uploads of information and provides tailored reports.
