LUIS™ (Live Update Information System) – A real-time online management platform allowing cross communication between users & teams throughout the life-span of an issue, emergency or crisis. Based upon an "invitation only" model, featuring a version controlled Status Board for an easy to reach summary of the event, Task List, Update List, Stakeholder Management, Personal Log and instantaneous reporting of the event.

Document Manager– Holds all "master" documentation in a version controlled environment, builds and delivers individual "packs" based on user "profile" – i.e. each user within the system receives a specific "profile pack" which is different to anyone else in the system and very specific to the job they need to do (no more cumbersome manuals or plans to print, distribute, control and carry around). Document control is also provided - users are sent e-mails when documentation in their packs is updated and the Document Manager records when they download their "profile packs".

Fast Facts – A library of resource material such as site or operation location profiles including satellite location maps, photos etc – managed and updated by local Gatekeepers who complete on-line proformas and up-load files relevant to their own site / location / operation.

Training- A feature rich online learning and testing platform for users to view information and complete tests based on an assortment of different testing scenarios including randomly sourced questions relevant to the users own documentation, location and role within the system.

Contact Directory – A contact management database recording relevant contact & address details of all users and external contacts (users are required to confirm their details and external contacts they are responsible for at pre-determined intervals via e-mail prompts). This allows users within a management structure in an organisation to easily access contact details of other users in an emergency or crisis.

Forum – The Forum is a threaded message board where users can create new Threads, post Messages and collaborate with other users. Attachments can be posted with messages allowing easy sharing of information.
